     7 Week Sessions 

Family Music for Babies (Newborn – 16 months): 

Play musically with your baby through bouncing and rocking songs, wiggle and peek-a-boo games, dancing, moving and singing.  Music play activities are designed to increase your child’s curiosity about music, to develop listening skills and a sense of beat, and to establish the foundation for singing and musical thought.  30 minute class 
Family Materials (required) include CD, parent book, rhythm sticks, shaker, & scarf in a cloth bag.

Family Materials Fee = $35.00      Session Fee = $50   (50% off class fee for additional family members)

Family Music for Toddlers (16 months – 3 years): 

Participate with your toddler in singing, chanting, moving, dancing, listening, and playing simple instruments.  Through activities that bridge the natural connection between music and movement, your child’s musical aptitude and listening abilities are enhanced and further developed.  30 minute class
Family Materials (recommended) include CD, parent book, and either an instrument or manipulative.

Family Materials Fee = $30.00      Session Fee = $50  (50% off class fee for additional family members)

Cycle of Seasons(3-4 years): 

Celebrate your child’s love of nature and growing independence through activities which focus on the seasons of the year.  Classes are designed to build attention and self-expression and include singing, chanting, moving, focused listening, musical games, exploring musical instruments, creative movement, and storytelling.  45 minute class
Family Material (recommended) include 2 recordings, 12 cards, parents book, cloth bag.

Family Materials Fee = $35.00      Session Fee = $60  (50% off for additional family members)

Family Music for Mixed Ages

(Newborn-4 years, with caregiver)

This class recaptures the magic of nursery rhymes (a wonderful part of our cultural tradition featuring delightful language and playful rhythms) in a versatile mixed-age curricula.  There is a lot of movement for the toddlers, adaptations suggested by the instructor for the babies, and three year-olds and older will learn language skills and use their imaginations in fun new ways!  45 minute class

Family Materials Fee = $30.00      Session Fee = $60 (parent & 1 child)
Additional Family Members = $10 each

Parent Information Sessions

For the adult/caregiver to gain knowledge and appreciation of why we are doing certain things in class for each age level, how music and movement is affecting your child's development, and the importance of the progressive sequence of music education in your child's life.

Attend 1 session prior to class.
